Enjoyed VR ISS tour

Sue and I enjoyed the Fever ISS VR tour today! It was an amazing experience, fully impressive and everything. I loved how they had different groups of people walking around each other as we all enjoyed whatever part of the experience at were in. We followed it up with dinner at Ameer's Mediterranean Grill, which was delicious. What an adventure!

Great time with granddaughters

We had a great time with our granddaughters this week! We enjoyed having Megan, Booker, Grace, and Rejoice join us for Easter service on Sunday morning, then had a blast taking care of it granddaughters for a few days! We went to Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary and Southern Belle Farm as well as did exercises and baking at the house. It was a fun first time experience for us and we're looking forward to more time with our grandchildren in the future. Woohoo!

Happy Easter!

Easter is such a wonderful Christian holiday. We try to celebrate in different ways. This year we're happy to have our daughter and her family with us. Woohoo!

Fun visit

We enjoyed spending some time with Jacob and Jessica this weekend! We were going to go deep sea fishing but the trip was cancelled due to strong winds. So we got to spend time with Jacob, Jessica, Stephen, and Kenzi doing lots of fun things. Very nice!

Another great fish dinner

Sue and I enjoyed getting fish dinners at the Catholic Church with her art teacher tonight! It was nice to sit and talk about art, plants, and travel. Fun!

Sue and I enjoyed getting some time with Kevin. He continues to prepare for his wedding and move and is doing well. Fun!

Good visit with Jacob and Jessica

It was nice to spend some time with Jacob and Jessica this weekend! They came up so Jessica could go to Madison's bridal shower. While the girls did that Jacob, Kevin, and I had some guy-time at the Porsche Museum and track. Then we all went out to dinner at The Vortex in Atlanta. Fun!

First a bridal shower for our youngest son's fiance, then dinner out in the city. The burgers at The Vortex were delicious!

Enjoyed dinner with friends

We met our friends John and Krystal at the Catholic church for another delicious fish dinner tonight. We all go to the same church and we just wanted to catch up on what's been happening in their lives. They have four kids like we do so we had a good time talking about all that's going on in our children's lives. 

And the fish was as delicious as always!

Enjoyed aquarium soiree

Sue and I got to go to a dinner at the Georgia Aquarium! They had a nice dinner with tables set up in the Ocean Voyager room with the huge view of the tank with the whale sharks. We met some really nice people and had great conversations, then all pulled in to the Oceans Bathroom for a short concert by six members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Fun night!

Enjoyed fish dinner again

We met our friends Brian and Tiffany at the Catholic church last night for another delicious fish dinner. It was fun catching up on what's been happening in their lives and sharing about ours. And the fried fish was delicious!

Enjoyed a play

Sue and I enjoyed a play at the Hood Street Art Gallery tonight. One of her "Sisters in the Spirit" was helping with the show and suggested we come see "A Raisin In The Sun". The drama was well done!

Good fish with friends

We enjoyed meeting our friends the Harmons at the local Catholic church for some delicious fried fish dinners tonight. 

We've known Al and DeeAnn for years, and we love to go to the Lent fish fry the Catholic church has on the Fridays leading up to Easter, so we combined things. A great time!

Happy Lunar New Year

The Year of the Horse starts with the new moon tonight. We will be celebrating with some delicious Chinese food. Fun!

Nice Valentine's Day

Sue and I enjoyed an evening of wine tasting at Story on the Square for Valentine's Day. It was a different crowd for us and we enjoyed charcuterie asking with 5 different wines from northern Italy, all delicious. Fun!

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife! She's doing great things, staying busy with her projects, and keeping me out of trouble. Woohoo!
