Great Buddy Cruise with Andrea

We enjoyed taking our niece Andrea in this year's Buddy Cruise! Royal Caribbean was great, and it was fun to meet all the people Andrea has seen on three other Buddy Cruises. We enjoyed visiting Nassau, Cozumel, and Costa Maya, and it was great being on the same ship we were on last year. Fun!

Enjoyed ghost tour

Sue and I had fun this past weekend. We had dinner at Southern Roots, a local tavern, then took a ghost tour around McDonough Square. Our guide was a verified medium and knew several of the hosts haunting local buildings by name. She gave the tour a whole new level of weirdness which made it more fun!

Great comedy show

Sue and I enjoyed seeing Jeff Allen at the Griffin Opera House tonight. He's a comedian that we've seen often on the Dry Bar Comedy channel on YouTube. When I saw that he was doing a show near us I grabbed tickets before they sold out. 

Great show, and we enjoyed Joel Beasley, the guy who opened for him, too. Funny guys! 

Toured Amazon facility

Sue and I enjoyed touring the Amazon Fulfillment Center near us. It was cool too see the inside of the operation and see how that have integrated humans and robots to make an efficient operation. Fun adventure! 

Kevin was in an opera

We enjoyed seeing Kevin sing in an opera today. He had a small part in an opera named "La Roche" by composer Dr. Sharon Willis. Kevin enjoyed being able to be a part of an opera where the composer actually directed and played piano in the opera. She is the founder of the Americolor Opera Alliance (https://www.americoloropera.org). 

Kevin got to sing a short duet with the lead singer in the third act. He did amazing! 

Great visit with Megan and Booker

We flew to PA and spent a few days with Megan, Booker, and the girls. We enjoyed going to day camp with Grace, a fall festival in a nearby town, eating at Olive Garden, and watching Grace ride her bicycle with training wheels. I even got to make "graham cracker surprise" with Grace. Fun visit! 

Great visit with Jacob and Jessica

Jacob and Jessica came up and spent the weekend with us. We enjoyed having them and the dogs around the house! It was fun to go to the Yellow Daisy Festival with them and enjoyed exploring the shops and McDonough Square with them. I'm proud of how well they are doing!
